Strategic partnership brings cutting-edge radar hardware and integrated perception systems to the marine sector and beyond
October 17, 2025 - Seoul, South Korea - bitsensing, a leading provider of advanced radar solutions, announces today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with DeepFusion AI, which develops advanced perception sensor fusion systems. The MoU establishes a strategic partnership to jointly enhance and commercialize high-performance 4D imaging radar solutions specialized for marine environments.
The two companies will focus on jointly improving and optimizing 4D radar systems to address unique challenges in marine environments, including sea-surface reflections, harsh weather environments, and multipath interference. By combining bitsensing’s radar hardware with DeepFusion AI’s integrated perception systems, the partnership will deliver high-precision perception in all marine conditions.
Through this collaboration, bitsensing will contribute its proven radar hardware and mass-production expertise and capabilities, while DeepFusion AIwill deliver integrated perception systems that fuse multiple sensor data for complex environmental awareness. Together, the partners will accelerate the commercialization of high-performance, high-reliability perception systems in the marine and defense sectors.
In order to develop and promote this technology further, the MoU means that the two companies will also conduct extensive field demonstrations and performance verification through marine development programs, showcase the technology at domestic and international exhibitions and participate in defense and marine technology forums for joint marketing opportunities.
